Grayish-purple calcioancylite-Ce replacing remondite. This species exhibits an interesting optical phenomenon. When viewed under
incandescent lighting it is pale purple and turns gray/green under fluorescent (not UV) lighting. Details of this find appeared in the July/Aug. 2000 issue of Lapis. (Author: crosstimber)
