This shows you what a Home-made Printed Circuit board looks like before it is drilled and stuffed with electronic components. These boards are so easy to do it is scary! You start off with a circuit design printed on a clear plastic sheet, place the sheet over a copper board covered with photo resist (Riston) and exposure it to a source of UVA (or sun light), develop and then removed unwanted copper with etchant (ammonium persulphate). The end result is shown in the photo. And the holes are drilled to accept the parts. (Author: Lumaes)
